As a seasoned mortgage professional, you will be tasked with generating new mortgage and refinance applications by establishing and maintaining contacts with centers of influence; building relationships with local referral networks; interviewing and prequalifying borrowers to determine loan needs; advising borrowers about products, programs, terms, and pricing; ensuring timely and accurate mortgage application documents; managing pipeline, meeting sales hurdles and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator License 3 years of residential mortgage sales experience preferred Minimum documented loan volume of $8 million over the past 12 months Excellent sales skills Superior verbal and written communication skills Comfortable in a self-sourcing business environment Tech savvy with CRM experience preferred
