A growing company is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial activities. Responsibilities Include: Managing all aspects of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting Overseeing cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies Streamlining financial systems and processes for greater efficiency Preparing monthly and annual reports for management review Supporting leadership with data-driven insights and financial analysis Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior accounting role Highly detail-oriented and analytical Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Salary : $130k - $150k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Chaya@bhirednyc.com
