students. Job Description: Reporting to the Vice President for
Strategic Enrollment and Retention, the Senior Director of Adult,
Graduate & Special Program Admission provides centralized
leadership for all non-traditional enrollment markets and serves as
the primary admission officer for the University’s Physician
Assistant (PA) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) programs.
This role combines strategic oversight with direct, hands-on
admission responsibility and serves as the single point of
accountability for the University’s most complex, regulated, and
growth-oriented enrollment populations. The Senior Director is
responsible for leadership, supervision, performance management,
and enrollment outcomes across adult, graduate, accelerated,
associate degree, online, partner pathway, and special program
admissions. The successful candidate will be a collaborative,
data-informed leader with strong operational discipline and the
ability to manage complex enrollment pipelines. Strategy,
Accountability, and Enrollment Outcomes Hold ultimate
accountability for adult, graduate, accelerated, associate degree,
partner pathway, and special program enrollment performance,
including ownership of enrollment metrics, funnel health, yield,
and achievement of annual enrollment goals. Develop and execute
enrollment strategies for non-traditional student populations in
alignment with institutional priorities and program capacity. Work
closely with Program Partners to drive enrollment and ensure smooth
transitions from partner to campus. Graduate and Professional
Admission (Direct Caseload) Serve as the primary admission officer
for the Physician Assistant (PA) and Master of Science in Nursing
(MSN) programs, managing a full admission caseload from inquiry
through matriculation. Oversee inquiry generation and nurturing
(MSN), application review (MSN), interview coordination (with PA
faculty), admission decisions (MSN), and yield strategies for PA
and MSN programs. Partner closely with program directors, faculty,
and academic leadership to ensure alignment with accreditation
standards, cohort targets, and program expectations. In partnership
with Campus Marketing and Communications, design and execute a
cost-effective, data-informed marketing and recruitment plan for
the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program, aligned with
enrollment goals, market demand, and available resources. Plan and
execute Admission events including but not limited to Open Houses,
Information Sessions, Accepted Student Days and Orientations for
Direct Caseload and supervisory caseload. Manage registration of
levels of students under your supervision including but not limited
to Accelerated Nursing students. Supervision and Leadership

Select, train, supervise, and evaluate admission personnel
supporting adult, graduate, accelerated, associate degree, online,
and special program populations. Foster a culture of collaboration,
accountability, professional development, and continuous
improvement. Oversee staff performance across recruitment
territories, program assignments, and functional responsibilities
throughout the enrollment cycle. Ensure appropriate training,
feedback, and support for staff to meet enrollment goals and
advance professional growth. Serves as a critical operational
backup, stepping in to perform key responsibilities in the event of
staff vacancies, transitions, or performance gaps, ensuring
seamless workflow and consistent service delivery. Systems,
Operations, and Admission Execution Design and oversee systems,
structures, and processes that support effective recruitment,
admission, and yield for non-traditional populations. Ensure
alignment of program-specific admission workflows with University
Slate governance standards. Oversee admission processing and
operations including communications, application review, decision
processing, events, and yield initiatives. Plan and execute
admission events serving adult, graduate, accelerated, associate
degree, and partner pathway populations. Data Integrity, Reporting,
and Decision-Making Establish and enforce data integrity standards
across Slate and Banner. Conduct routine data audits and
reconciliation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of
applicant and enrollment records. Monitor and analyze enrollment
data to assess progress toward goals, identify risks, and inform
strategies. Provide regular enrollment reports, dashboards, and
insights to the Vice President and senior leadership. Partner
Pathways, Online Programs, and External Relationships Provide
strategic oversight of partner pathway recruitment and yield,
including online programs and the Sara Schenirer pathway.
Collaborate with institutional partners to ensure alignment with
enrollment goals, data standards, and student experience
expectations. Identify and cultivate new institutional,
educational, and community partnerships that support adult and
graduate enrollment growth. Collaboration and Institutional
Partnership Partner with Financial Aid leadership to support clear
communication of aid policies, financing options, and eligibility
considerations for non-traditional students. Partner with the
Senior Director of Undergraduate Admission to Collaborate with
faculty, administrators, and academic leadership to support program
growth and enrollment planning. Serves as a key cross-division
partner to the Senior Director of Undergraduate Admission, jointly
advancing integrated enrollment planning, data-informed
decision-making, and shared institutional priorities. Assist the
Vice President for Strategic Enrollment and Retention with
enrollment strategy, forecasting, staffing models, and
institutional planning initiatives. Additional Responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of the University’s mission, academic
offerings, policies, and student experience to effectively
represent the institution. Support the establishment,
interpretation, and execution of admission policies and procedures
in coordination with the Vice President. Perform other duties as
assigned in support of enrollment goals. Requirements Bachelor’s
degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum of
seven years of progressively responsible experience in graduate,
adult, or professional program admission. Demonstrated experience
managing complex admission pipelines and direct admission
caseloads. Experience working with Slate CRM and partner-based
enrollment models are strongly preferred. Experience with financial
aid strongly preferred. Benefits The annual salary range is $95,000
