Job Description Job Description Build with purpose Join the team
on Daniel Road that turns engineering intent into reliable, tested
hardware. In this Mechanical Assembly role, you’ll execute final
assembly, finishing, and testing so every deliverable aligns with
drawings, specs, and customer quality standards. Your impact
Prepare threaded inserts: install/remove Heli-Coils to spec.
Assemble and align components to create chambers and complete
mechanical assemblies for test. Investigate fit or function issues
and drive resolution. Complete customer-defined cleaning/finishing
procedures. Inspect work-in-progress, verify conformance, and
escalate any damage immediately. Close the loop before release:
ensure all assembly, finishing, and test steps are complete for
sign-off. Partner with engineering, production, and QA to achieve
customer satisfaction. Qualifications & experience High school
diploma or GED required. Hands-on mechanical experience with
vehicles, small engines, or bodywork. 3–5 years of mechanical
assembly experience is a plus. Proficiency reading engineering
drawings/specifications and deriving product and quality criteria.
Fluent English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
Professional competencies Language: Comfortable interpreting
technical procedures, journals, business publications, and
regulations; able to write reports, business correspondence, and
procedures; effective presenting to supervisors, managers, clients,
and the public. Mathematics: Knowledge of probability, basic
statistical ideas, plane/solid geometry, and trigonometry; capable
of using fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions on the
job. Analytical reasoning: Skilled at defining problems, collecting
data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions; able to
follow complex written, verbal, diagrammatic, or scheduled
instructions and juggle abstract and concrete variables. Must-have
fundamentals Mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship. Hands-on
experience with common hand tools. Entry-level blueprint reading.
