actively searching for our next superstar to lead the Pricing Team
within Revenue Operations. As Director of Strategic Pricing within
the Revenue Operations Group, this individual is responsible for
developing strategy and talent and managing pivotal aspects of the
group, including financial proposals for new large client
opportunities, developing special pricing programs for key
accounts, as well as supporting order validation approvals for
these large clients ensuring company profit targets and agreed-to
terms are met. Additionally, the ideal candidate will conduct
profitability and pricing-related analysis, evaluate cost
structures, and prepare variance reports, while also assisting
sales and sales support personnel to achieve set goals. Canon

Responsibilities- Leadership and management of multiple diverse
teams- Management of approval of financial models and discounting-
Collaboration with various levels of management on decision point
reviews- Evaluation of opportunity Terms and Conditions with
analysts and management- Responsible for achieving profit margins
in accordance with company policies and contract terms and
conditions- Management of strategic contracts, daily maintenance of
pricing, contracts, and price lists- Overseeing online deal
registration, as well as the implementation of enhancements based
on business needs. - Weekly and monthly reporting of group metrics
related to activity, including wins and losses. Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
required, plus 12 years of related experience.- Specific
educational concentration on Finance, Accounting, or Business
Administration. - Excellent problem solving and time management
skills. - 12-plus years of prior management experience. - Excellent
oral and written communication skills. - Working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Prior experience working
