Job Description:

Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHSLI) currently has full time opportunities for Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physicians to join our community-based practice in Copiague, New York.

Requirements include:

• Board Certification/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine
  
• NYS MD/DO License
  
• Polish Speaking strongly preferred
  
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of patient safety and participate in performance improvement
