  • Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,561.00/weekPosition Overview:Are you a passionate Labor & Delivery RN ready to take your skills on the road? Join a highly regarded facility in Pompton Plains, NJ, known for its patient-centered maternity care and cutting-edge practices. This is a 13-week travel contract offering excellent pay, professional growth, and the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team. -Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide expert care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery, ensuring the health and safety of both mothers and newborns.
    • Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies, fetal heart tracings, and labor progression.
    • Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, anesthesiologists, and pediatric teams.
    • Assist in C-sections and serve as a circulator when needed.
    • Care for both mothers and infants in a couplet care model.
    • Use EPIC EMR system to document care and collaborate effectively.
    • Float as needed to similar units based on staffing needs.
    • Be available for every other weekend shift.Required Qualifications:
      • Active NJ or Compact RN license
      • Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
      • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (All Required)
      • Proficiency with EPIC EMRPreferred Experience:
        • Assisting in or circulating for C-sections
        • Managing high-volume and high-risk obstetric cases
        • Providing couplet care for mothers and newbornsEducation Requirements:
          • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
          • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)Important Note - Contract Role:This is a contract position. As such, the following benefits are not included:
