partnership track available 4.5-day work week initially,
transitioning to 4-day work week Join team of 4 pediatricians and 1
physician assistant Outpatient care with newborn rounding only
Hospital privileges at 2 local facilities with NICU and pediatric
ER coverage 1:9 or 1:10 call rotation shared with other groups
