Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of
experience - Comfortable with patient ratios up to 1:8 - Previous
charge experience preferred - Experience with Epic charting system
preferred Description: Must provide interview availability in EST
for the next two business days. Candidates must have a permanent
license. First-time travelers are accepted. Locals are accepted
within 75 miles. Patient ratios can go up to 1:8; ensure candidates
are comfortable with this. 48-hour contracts preferred but 36-hour
contracts will be accepted. Scrubs must be all white, all navy, or
a combination; Croc-type shoes with holes are not allowed. This
position is in an ED/Admissions Unit. Travelers must be pre-closed
on this position. Supervisory clinical references are required at
the time of submission. Charge RN references are acceptable.
Candidates are preferred to have at least one travel assignment
prior to applying. If a job is posted for 48 hours only, it is not
available for 3x12 shifts. Prior permanent employees are not
allowed to take travel assignments. Modules are both non-billable
and billable. Modules are completed during orientation and
annually, and modules vary by specialty. Modules are self-reported
as well as recorded via transcripts and facility reports.
