Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n CT Technologist - CT Tech /n/n Job Details: /n • Work weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM /n• Minimum 2 years of experience required /n• Must hold NYS Radiologic Technologist license /n• Advanced certification as a CT technologist required /n• Current ARRT certification required /n• BLS certification required /n• Must be certified by NYS for contrast injections /n• High school graduate and graduate of A.M.A approved school for radiologic technology required /n• Advanced training in CT, MRI, and Interventional Radiography required /n• Use computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues /n• Accurately interpret physician's scanning instructions /n• Administer contrast materials as needed /n• Prepare and operate CT scan equipment /n• Position patients to capture appropriate images /n• Follow proper radiation safety procedures /n• Physical demands include maneuvering equipment and assisting disabled patients /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is a community hospital that provides comprehensive medical services to the local population.
