Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Elizabeth, NJ Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,523 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Elizabeth, New Jersey, 07202! Job Opportunity – Telemetry RN – New Jersey Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required Highlights: 13-week telemetry assignment with potential float to Medical Surgical unit based on census and hospital needs Patient ratio of 1:5-7 with diverse cardiac and medical patient population Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Rapid Response Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy 38-bed unit with daily census of 33 patients, caring for adult and geriatric populations Allscripts charting system with 12 hours of orientation provided Navy blue scrubs required Requirements: Minimum 2 years of acute care Telemetry RN experience required Previous travel experience strongly preferred; first-time travelers not preferred Active New Jersey or Compact State RN license required at time of submission Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required at time of submission Proficiency in interpreting rhythm strips and implementing appropriate interventions Experience managing patient diagnoses including CHF, stroke, renal failure with fluid overload, stable non-STEMI, post cardiac catheterization, and post-PCI patients Competency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, isolation precautions, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, and non-invasive airway management Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays during assignment Willingness to float within skillset as required; no exceptions Ability to complete required pre-start modules (average 18 hours) and Epic training (4 hours) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This telemetry position offers the chance to work with a comprehensive cardiac and medical patient population in a well-supported environment with access to full interdisciplinary teams.
