Job Description Job Description Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at Gotham Health/Tremont, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice for the NYC Health Hospitals System, located on Webster Avenue in the Bronx . The goal of this Center is to provide outpatient services to patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease. Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at Gotham Health/Broadway, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice for the NYC Health Hospitals System . Located on 815 Broadway in Brooklyn , Gotham Health/Broadway is a new, state-of-the-art health center providing comprehensive primary care to the entire family, including patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease. Physician Affiliate Group of New York ( PAGNY ) has an opportunity for an Outpatient Pulmonologist at NYC Health Hospitals/ Gotham Health, Roosevelt, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice, located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens. Responsibilities We are looking for an Outpatient Pulmonologist to provide services at three of our Gotham Health sites - Bushwick, Tremont and Roosevelt.
