Every other weekend and 2-3 winter holidays required. /n/nJob Description/n We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric RN to join our team. The RN will provide comprehensive care for adults in a psychiatric unit, focusing on safety and effective treatment of various mental health disorders. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. /n - Administer medications and monitor patient responses. /n - Conduct safety checks and perform vital sign monitoring. /n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. /n - Implement de-escalation techniques as needed. /n - Document patient care and observations accurately. /n - Participate in safety rounds and respond to emergencies. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience is required. /n - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. /n - Must complete one of the following certifications prior to starting: Handle with Care; TRUST Training; CPI; PMCS; or MOAB. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
