The Enclave, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, seeks a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role requires a diligent LPN committed to delivering top-level care and support during the rehabilitation process, ensuring patients' comfort and well-being under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians. Monitor patients' health—such as checking vital signs and administering prescribed medication in accordance with healthcare provider instructions. Assist in implementing patient care plans and report any changes in patients' conditions. Maintain patient records with accuracy and ensure confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times. Proficient in administering medications and injections Able to maintain accurate and detailed patient records Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong observational skills Capable of handling physical demands of patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice CPR and BLS certification preferred
