This role requires dynamic leadership, in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, and a commitment to our mission of promoting patient well-being and recovery. Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to facility policies and healthcare regulations. Coordinate and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Implement staff training and development programs to enhance professional skills. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and integration of new nursing staff. Provide regular performance feedback and manage conflict resolution within the nursing team. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management software Ability to handle high-stress environments In-depth knowledge of health regulations and accreditation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certified BSN preferred Certification in healthcare leadership or management, such as CNML (Certified Nurse Manager and Leader) is advantageous.
