Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Care Manager - ED Location: 1400 Pelham Parkway South, Bronx New York 10461 Facility: Jacobi Medical Center ( New York Health and Hospital) Shift: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Contract -13 weeks (with possibility of extension) Requirements: 5 years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning computer literacy. Associate's Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program required.
