What You’ll Do: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients' medical conditions with precision and care. Order and interpret lab tests and other diagnostics to guide treatment decisions. Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Perform minor procedures and explain treatments to patients clearly and compassionately. Collaborate with medical professionals in the community and local hospitals. Promote health education alongside other health professionals to enhance community well-being. Meet government-set targets for specified treatments and engage with pharmaceutical representatives to evaluate new products. Keep up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, treatment options, and medications. Mentor and guide medical trainees and students when needed. Qualifications: Degree in Medicine (required). 5 years of residency training (required). Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (required). Completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (required). 5 years of experience as an Internal Medicine or Family Practitioner. Exceptional counseling, listening, and communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A compassionate approach that puts patients at ease.
