Responsibilities include:

• Accurately process customer payments (cash, check, credit card) and provide receipts.
• Reconcile customer invoices and close out open repair orders.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain and organize repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms, and other documents.
• Support the service and parts departments with phone coverage and clerical tasks.
• Stay informed on our products, services, and pricing updates.
• Keep your work area and appearance clean and professional at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.What We're Looking For:We're seeking individuals who are reliable, customer-focused, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced service environment.
