Aramark is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conference Services Worker to join our Facilities & Maintenance team within the Hospitality & Travel industry. As a Conference Services Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of events and conferences hosted at our facilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event setup and breakdown, maintaining cleanliness and order within the facilities, and providing outstanding customer service to all guests and clients. This role requires you to work closely with other team members to fulfill client requests and maintain equipment and facility standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, inclusive company that values employee growth and community involvement. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a hospitality or facilities-related role, though training will be provided for those new to the field. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a customer service certificate is advantageous. Assist in setting up and breaking down events and conferences. Ensure facilities are clean and orderly. Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients. Assist with the maintenance of equipment and facilities. Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
