Job Function:

Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and skill requirements.
Design and implement customized sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
Leverage diverse sourcing channels to engage qualified candidates (e.g., professional networks, niche job platforms).
Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates, evaluating both technical competencies and alignment with company culture.
Ensure seamless communication with candidates to create a positive experience from first contact through onboarding.
Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
