Essential Job Functions: Deliver engaging training sessions for new employees and established team members (i.e. on-site, virtual, on demand) that are aligned to Company goals and strategic initiatives Participate in the development of training curriculum, e-learning tools, and training programs that drive effectiveness and efficiency Assist with creating, updating, and continuously improving quick reference guides and other performance support tools Conduct refresher training for existing employees upon manager/key stakeholder requests Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to evaluate effectiveness and enhance training programs Track training completion and maintain accurate training records Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training remains current and relevant Be a mentor for new and established employees, offering guidance, resources and ongoing support for professional development and career growth Provide training support and participate as a subject matter expert in user acceptance testing for technology integrations, software upgrades, and other projects as necessary Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to read, understand, process and evaluate large amounts of technical information and make related, informed decisions. Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience Schedule: We offer flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8–4, 8:30–4:30, or 9–5. We do our best to support individual preferences, though schedules may be adjusted as needed to ensure strong coverage and teamwork. We also offer a hybrid schedule: team members work onsite four days a week and can work remotely one day a week.
