Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager / Lead HVAC Technician to oversee daily field operations and manage a team of approximately 20 HVAC technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong technical professional who can lead by example, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate combines deep HVAC technical expertise with proven people-management skills and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Manage, schedule, and supervise a team of 20 HVAC technicians. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when needed. Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards. Train, mentor, and coach technicians to improve performance and skill level. Oversee job assignments, dispatching, and daily workflow. Monitor productivity, job completion, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management on staffing needs, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Maintain accurate service records and reporting. Qualifications 7 years of hands-on HVAC experience. 3 years of experience managing or supervising HVAC technicians or field teams. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, installation, and repair. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. EPA Certification (required). OSHA certification preferred.
