financing structures , including securitization, syndication, and
participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and mezzanine
loans. Collaborate with industry-leading attorneys on deals that
shape the real estate market. Ideal Candidate 3 years of experience
in real estate finance at a top-tier law firm. Strong background in
securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial
mortgage loans. Experience representing developers,
owner/operators, and borrowers is a plus. Excellent drafting,
