Key Responsibilities Manage your own caseload from start to finish Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials Communicate regularly with clients and provide status reports Conduct legal research and draft memoranda Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, clients, and experts What We're Looking For JD from an ABA-accredited law school Admission to the New York State Bar 2 years of Civil Litigation experience with a focus on Auto & Premises Liability Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills Experience taking and defending depositions Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Benefits We offer our Associates a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $170,000 (Based on experience).
