Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
fragrance and cosmetics sampling or gear production, is seeking a
dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine
Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing
department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, focus, and teamwork, which
will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Machine
Operator Location: Farmingdale, NY Pay Range:$17.50 - $18.50 Shift:
1st What's the Job? Operate, monitor, and maintain specialized
manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow. Load
materials into machines and start production processes efficiently.
Observe machine performance and process parameters to maintain high
quality and efficiency. Perform visual inspections of parts,
identify defects, and ensure standards are met. Perform minor
repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to prevent
downtime. What's Needed? Mechanical aptitude and ability to
troubleshoot equipment issues. Focus and attention to detail to
ensure quality standards. Ability to follow safety protocols
diligently, including lockout/tagout procedures. Strong teamwork
and communication skills. No prior experience required; training
