Solution Architect LeadThe Solution Architect Lead is a key, highly technical position within a growing company operating in a dynamic and exciting environment.RADCOM is a leading expert in automated service assurance solutions for telecom operators managing 5G and 4G networks. We empower operators to navigate network complexity, reduce costs, and increase revenue, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences for subscribers.Requirements

• Extensive experience and knowledge of telecommunications, including voice and data services.
• Strong understanding and experience in networking across all layers.
• Experience with networking, systems, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with and experience in 4G, 5G wireless data-core, access, and voice networks.
• Experience working with virtual environments and systems, including containers.
• Knowledge of technologies and protocols such as VoIP, SIP, RTP, Diameter, GTP, IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTP2, S1AP, among others.
• Experience with cloud technologies, including Kubernetes.
• A proven track record of designing complex solutions successfully.
• Experience with databases and analytics is an advantage.The position may require occasional travel within the US and internationally.ResponsibilitiesThe Solution Architect Lead will be at the forefront of the company's technological advancements. They will have direct daily contact with customers to design and define solutions that meet customer needs. They will collaborate closely with R&D and the Product team to ensure detailed design and implementation alignment.The role requires familiarity with the wireless networks of leading North American wireless operators and advising multiple teams on implementation, planning, and design aspects.Additional responsibilities include:
  • Participating in pre-sales and post-sales activities, customizing solutions to fit the customer's specific environment and needs.
  • Working closely with R&D, Product Management, and Professional Services teams.
  • Partnering with other solution architects to share knowledge and ensure optimal design.
  • Performing analysis on solution stability, availability, capacity, sizing, and performance to ensure designs meet customer requirements and quality standards.
