As a Guitar Technician (Luthier) at Guitar Center, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while enhancing store inventory management. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a creative environment that fosters musicianship. Successful candidates exhibit strong customer service skills, initiative in problem-solving, and the ability to train others in product knowledge and sales techniques.
Pay Rate:
$15.50/hr - $24.75/hr plus commission depending on background and experience.

As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.

As our Repair Technician, you will:
Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
Maintain store owned gear, as requested
Complete warranty repair work
Additional duties as assigned
