Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management
or related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical
products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution,
end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). 5 years of experience in people
management, with technical leadership. Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 7 years
of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,
sales finance, and other stakeholders. 7 years of experience in a
business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations,
consulting). 5 years of experience in a role preparing and
delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. 5 years
of experience in software development or engineering. Knowledge of,
or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and
experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product

closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help
design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's
information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the
execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning,
packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. We
build consumer-grade internal tooling for sales, marketing, and
service teams. Our cross-functional team of engineers, designers,
and Product Managers is responsible for internal platforms that
support sales and marketing teams to run events, deliver
professional services, manage large commercial agreements with ads
customers, power learning experiences, and more. These tools are
part of a cohesive suite of internal tools that power the
day-to-day workflows of Googlers in sales and marketing and
meaningfully drive the business. As the Group Product Manager for
Learning and Development platforms, you will manage and lead a team
of Product Managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to
deliver transformative and AI-powered internal Learning and
Development platforms for Global Business and Operations and Ads
sales. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Own and articulate compelling goals for the
Learning Platform suite to transform how Google Ads business teams
learn and drive outcomes through AI-powered tools. Maintain
responsibility for product quality, roadmap delivery, and business
outcomes by overseeing design reviews (Product Requirements
Document/User Experience) and successful go-to-market execution.
Lead the team to deliver transformative, AI-powered solutions that
reimagine the learning experience for internal sales and business
teams. Partner across Sales, Global Business and Operations
Education, Go-To-Market, and Engineering to align on product
priorities and represent Global Business and Operations Engineering
in stakeholder forums and executive reviews. Mentor and grow a team
of Product Managers by providing coaching and making talent
decisions to build a high-performing team.
