Position Title: Nurse Practitioner Summary: Provide comprehensive
care for patients, including health screenings, preventative care,
and management of chronic illnesses. Responsibilities: - Conduct
patient evaluations and offer preventative and wellness care. -
Manage chronic conditions and collaborate with other healthcare
professionals. - Educate patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention strategies. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in nursing
and certification as a Nurse Practitioner. - Active New York State
Nurse Practitioner License. - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus. About
